Tutorial Date: Sunday, Jan 28, 2007 - Final Edition!!!

Portfolio Commentary:

Current Overall Strategic Situation

We are showing a 26.5% Gain on Current Holdings which is equivalent to an Annualized Rate of Return of 25.6%. We presently have 3 active positions. Our Sell-Stops and Cover-Stops are neatly in place and we are ready for the markets to make their next move.

What Happens Next?

If market activity continues on a favorable path, we will see some really nice returns on our Long Positions and we will carefully select additional new Long candidates for the portfolio. On the other hand, if confidence erodes, we will see Sell Configurations emerge (see ORCL), our Sell-stops will assist us in locking-in profits (see TXT, ROK, QCOM, HON, TECD, and CAM) and Short Positions will begin producing returns.

Please remember - the specific stocks we are showing here is of no importance. We are demonstrating the real-time results of our process based on the weekly monitoring of a Universe of about 200 stocks. What is important is the demonstration. You can be doing this yourself with your very own universe of desirable stocks (see Tools).

 Current Holdings Review:

ABK was added to the Portfolio on Dec 4 '05 - Great looking chart and a wonderfully moderate Risk Corridor. Currently providing a 10.9% Annualized Rate of Return.

EXBD was added to the portfolio on 8/6/06 and represents our first Short Position since 2003. It was tracking closely with the NASDAQ downturn of the late Summer months and is currently showing an 8.2% Annualized Rate of Return.

WW came into the portfolio on 8/14/05 and following a Summertime slump came back on track with a nice steady climb providing a 42.6% Annualized Rate of Return.

Check the charts. Follow the tutorial.
Learn how to reduce downside risk and lock-in profits.

The following stocks have gone full circle. We did the Buy and then we Sold them or did the Short-sell and then we Covered them. Profits and losses for these issues is considered realized. We have been publishing weekly since June of 2003. If you had been following the tutorial since that time, you would have seen each of these transactions occur in real-time -- just as you see our current holdings administered today.

This concludes this week's tutorial. At this point, we will completely forget that a stock market even exists until next Sunday when it will be time to revisit the steps once again.

Don't be a victim of the herd mentality
Reading the financial dailies, watching the ticker tape, and listening to the talking heads can be hazardous to your wealth. The best thing you can do for yourself is to learn how to track and interpret the data on your own so you can make your own decisions.
