What is a Short Configuration?

A Short Configuration is a special type of Stock Configuration, comprised of moving averages of the stock's weekly closing price. When a stock is showing a Short Configuration, it is an indication that the stock should be further considered for Short-selling.

When a stock registers a Short Configuration, it is an indication that Market Direction in combination with and the recent price movements of the stock are such that it appears conditions are favorable for the price of the stock to continue to fall in the near-term.
